With the support of the Fédération des aînées et aînés francophones du Canada (FAAFC), we are developing an intergenerational mentorship program that mobilizes Francophones aged 50 and over to support the next generation of professionals.
Fully online and flexible, it allows participants to voluntarily share their experience with younger job seekers.
A link between generations...
Mentors share their knowledge, help build confidence, and remain active in their community at their own pace. It is part of a national initiative aimed at valuing the experience of people aged 50 and over and strengthening pathways to employment.
