Employment Support Services for Francophone Seniors
With the support of the Fédération des aînées et aînés francophones du Canada (FAAFC), we are developing a project for Francophones aged 50 and over living in minority language communities, to support them in returning to the workforce. Designed to meet the needs and realities of the 50+ population, this program aims to combine pension and employment, stay active and engaged, and highlight the experience and skills they have gained over the years.
The services described below will be gradually offered as the project develops.
